Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will be handed over to our shipping/courier partner for delivery.

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our control, including:

7. Damaged or Tampered Package

Please check your package carefully when it is delivered.

If the package appears damaged, opened, leaking, or tampered with, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact DHYANIYA customer support as soon as possible.

For food products such as Mukhwas, we recommend keeping the original packaging and order information until the issue has been resolved.

8. Delivery to Remote Areas

Orders to remote, rural, or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.

Any additional delivery delay caused by the courier’s serviceability limitations may be communicated to the customer where possible.

1. Exchange / Return Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange or return policy, which means you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

Please provide your order number, customer name, reason for the request, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging where applicable.

2. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The product must remain in its original packaging.
• The original invoice/order details must be available.
• For damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect products, clear photos or videos may be required.
• The issue must be reported within the applicable return period.

Food Safety & Hygiene

Once an edible product has been opened or consumed, it is generally not eligible for exchange or return due to hygiene and food-safety standards.

3. Exchange / Return Accepted in These Cases

An exchange or return may be accepted when:

✅ The product is damaged during delivery.
✅ The product is leaking or has damaged packaging when received.
✅ You received the wrong product.
✅ The product is expired upon delivery.
✅ The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

We may request photographs or videos to verify the issue before approving the exchange, replacement, or return.

4. Return Pickup

If your return is approved, DHYANIYA or its courier partner may arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

You will be informed about the pickup schedule where applicable.

Please keep the product, original packaging, invoice, and any other relevant materials available until the return process is completed.

5. Replacement / Exchange Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• An approved replacement will generally be shipped within 3–5 working days after pickup/inspection.
• Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location and courier service.

Replacement availability may depend on stock. If the same product is unavailable, DHYANIYA may contact you regarding an appropriate alternative or refund, where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

If a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your order only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an eligible cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Delivery Discrepancies

If you receive a parcel containing a wrong product, damaged product, leaking packaging, or other delivery-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

9. Non-Returnable Situations

Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

DHYANIYA products are edible food products. For hygiene, quality, and food-safety reasons, opened or consumed products cannot generally be returned.
